ISG-D5811 is a high performance 53Gb/s differential input, single ended output EML driver for 50G PON applications. The driver can support input signals up to 800mVpp differential and have an output up to 2.5Vpp output swing. ISG-D5811 offers gain control to adjust the output amplitude and output peak detector to enable automatic gain control. The typ. bandwidth of the driver is 33GHz.
