The VI4302 is a laser ranging System on Chip (SoC) based on Direct Time of Flight (dToF) technology. This sensor provides a compact solution for the micro ToF sensor market. By leveraging proprietary Single-Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) technology and unique ToF data acquisition and processing techniques, the VI4302 can achieve precise distance measurements of up to 60 meters.
