The DTS6004M is a single-channel dToF (Direct Time of Flight) SiP mini-module that integrates a high-performance dToF SoC developed by Arctic Micro and a VCSEL transmitter, enabling high-precision distance measurements within a range of 3.5 m at a frame rate of up to 30 Hz. It supports 2X2 time-division and time-segmented acquisition of distance data.
