The DTS6032M is a fully integrated single-channel dToF rangefinder mini-module that integrates a self-developed, highly sensitive infrared-enhanced SPAD sensor with a 30m range. The integrated time-dependent photon thresholding algorithm, histogram statistics algorithm, and fast TDC architecture provide high accuracy ranging with 30m@100KLux ambient light resistance and reflectance correction.
