LD Topos One is a compact,fast and highly accurate CSI to realize non-contact, fast,high-resolution and high-accuracy 3D surface topography measurements.In ultra-precision machine tools,it can realize in-situ high-resolution surface topography measurement with the same level of accuracy as offline measurement,avoiding secondary clamping errors of workpieces and improving machining efficiency.
