LAN WDM DFB laser chip includes 12 types wavelength from 1277.89nm to 1327.69nm.
These devices have InGaAlAs MQWs structure and Ridge-waveguide structure. The lasers can be delivered in chip or COC forms. This high performance, and high reliability laser is suitable for 100G LR4 application.
